Plan your matchday coverage

Choose your venue size and what worries you. You get a draft coverage plan, the starting point for a venue pilot. We refine it with you after a survey.

1. How big is the venue?

Matchday risk builds in places nobody can watch

When tens of thousands of people arrive and leave together, density can build at a gate or exit faster than guards can see it. CCTV records it, but usually it is reviewed afterwards. Analytics on the same cameras gives your control room a live picture.

What it watchesWhat your team gets
Crowd density at gates, concourses and exitsA live density map and an alert when a zone passes a threshold you set
People who collapse or fallAn alert with camera and zone, so first aid can be sent to the right place
Restricted areasAlerts when someone crosses a boundary, such as a tunnel, media zone or the pitch edge
Visible weaponsQuiet alerts to security. See weapon detection
Smoke and flameEarly visual alerts near food stalls and electrical areas
Parking and approach roadsSpace counts and exit-flow data to ease the post-match jam
Zone occupancy and queuesOperations data on busy sections, gates and concessions

How it runs around a match

1

Venue survey

We review camera coverage, mark zones and agree alert thresholds with your safety team.

2

Matchday alerts

Live density and event alerts reach your control room dashboard, and SMS or WhatsApp if you want them.

3

Your team responds

Stewards, medical and security act on the alert under your own response plan.

4

Post-match review

Every alert is logged with camera and time, for debriefs and safety reports.

03

What it can and cannot do

We tell you the limits before you buy.

What it does

  • Shows density and flow where cameras have a view
  • Alerts your team to people down, zone breaches and smoke
  • Logs events for debriefs and reports
  • Runs at the venue, on your cameras

What it does not do

  • Predict every incident or guarantee nothing goes wrong
  • Cover areas that no camera can see
  • Replace stewards, medical teams or your crowd management plan
  • Act by itself. Each alert needs a person and a plan
04

Privacy and data

Crowd density counts people, not identities. Analysis runs on-site and video does not leave the venue. Retention and access are set with you, and we review local rules on video use before installation.

Questions about stadium security AI

Usually not. Camera angle, resolution and coverage matter more than brand. We check each camera during the venue survey and tell you in writing where coverage is missing.
