This Privacy Policy explains how RootBlockLabs ("RootBlockLabs" "we" "us") handles personal data when you visit our website contact us or use the tools on it. We build Edge AI computer vision and cybersecurity solutions for industrial government and enterprise clients across KSA Oman and the USA from our base in the United Arab Emirates.

What you give us. When you use our contact form we receive your name work email company country what you are interested in and any message you write. When you complete an assessment on the site we receive the answers you select together with the name work email and organization you enter to see your result. If you email us we keep the email and your contact details.

What is collected automatically. When you visit, our servers and hosting providers may record technical data such as your IP address browser and device type and the pages requested. We use it to run and secure the site.

What stays on your device. Some tools such as the part-inspection tool run in your browser. Images you choose in those tools are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data through the site and we ask that you do not send passwords or confidential system details through our forms.

We do not share your data for third-party advertising.

Because we serve clients across the UAE KSA Oman and the USA and use service providers in different places your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers we put them in place.

We keep enquiry and assessment data for as long as it is needed to respond to you follow up as you asked and maintain our legitimate business and legal records. When it is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

We protect personal data with measures appropriate to its sensitivity including access controls and secure connections. As a cybersecurity company we take this seriously but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your data has been compromised contact us right away.

Depending on where you live data protection laws may give you the right to access your personal data correct it have it deleted restrict or object to how we use it receive a portable copy and withdraw consent you have given. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We may need to confirm your identity first and we will respond within the time the applicable law requires. Applicable laws may include the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the protection of personal data the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law and US state privacy laws such as those in California.
