These Terms of Use govern your use of the RootBlockLabs website (“the site”). RootBlockLabs (“we” “us”) is based in the United Arab Emirates and builds Edge AI computer vision and cybersecurity solutions. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You may use the site for lawful business purposes. You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site its servers or connected systems; introduce malware or interfere with its operation; run automated scraping or testing that places an unreasonable load on it; use it to harass anyone or break any law; or test the security of the site except as allowed in the section on responsible disclosure below.

Content on the site describes our capabilities in general terms. It is not professional security legal or engineering advice and nothing on it is a guarantee of a particular outcome. Visuals marked as illustrations or simulations are examples not real footage client data or measured results. Specific work is defined in a written agreement.

Tools on the site such as quick-checks readouts and the part-inspection tool give indicative results based only on the information or images you provide. They are qualitative aids to start a conversation not audits certifications or substitutes for a professional assessment of your site line or network. Tools that run in your browser process your images on your device. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the results.

The site including its text designs graphics code and trademarks is owned by RootBlockLabs or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view it and share links to it for your own business purposes. You may not copy modify distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Other companies’ names and marks belong to their owners.

Information you submit through the site must be accurate and yours to share. You allow us to use it to respond to you as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send passwords access credentials or confidential system details through website forms. If you need to share sensitive material ask us for a secure channel first. Submitting a form does not create a confidentiality obligation or a contract.

Engagements with RootBlockLabs including assessments penetration tests deployments and support are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work. If it conflicts with these terms the written agreement prevails for that engagement.

The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse their content and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind whether express or implied including accuracy completeness availability fitness for a particular purpose or that the site will be free of errors or interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law RootBlockLabs will not be liable for any indirect incidental special or consequential loss or for loss of profit revenue data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this site please report it to contact@rootblocklabs.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not access or change data that is not yours disrupt the service or disclose the issue publicly until we have had a reasonable time to fix it. Good-faith reports made in line with this section are welcome and this section does not otherwise authorize security testing of our systems or anyone else’s.

We may change suspend or remove parts of the site at any time. We may also update these terms; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction unless a separate signed agreement with us says otherwise.
